Fajitas are an all time favorite of mine. Easy to make and delicious to eat. I made this batch with Oleico. They were nice enough to send me a free box assortment of cooking oils. Follow me on Instagram for even more recipes!

A healthy Breakfast

Lately I've been trying to be more healthy. Lots of exercise and a better diet. The diet is hard because I love food.

Here's a few breakfast ideas I made. I think these are bright, colorful, healthy and perfect for summer.

This one is pretty simple but still delicious.
• Sliced tomatoes with a sprinkle of salt and basil
• Eggs scrambled or however you take them
• Spring mix leafy greens
• Raspberries
• Blueberries
• Strawberries
• Blackberries
• Sliced cucumbers

Not as many fruits on this one but still fairly healthy and delicious
• Hash browns (fryer cooked)
• Blackberries
• Cubed cantaloupe
• Eggs scrambled ( or however you take them) topped with some homemade salsa
• Breakfast sausage links (brand of your choice)

I decided to try having some Greek yogurt for breakfast and it didn't disappoint

• Strawberry Greek yogurt
• Blueberries
• Chopped strawberries
• Blackberries
• Sprinkled granola with chocolate

Would you try any of these breakfasts?

Wicca Wednesday

It's been about four years since I've been on blogger and made any posts. I decided to give it another go and start off with Wicca Wednesday.

I've always been interested in Wicca and paganism. Probably since the time I was in elementary school. I didn't have a lot of friends in second grade when we moved and I had to change schools. So I used to sit under this huge tree and talk to it at school. I've always felt a strong connection to nature and that's what lead me to start practicing wicca. Sadly a few years ago I was driving past my old school and saw they had removed those trees to make room for another building.

This is my first tattoo. Its the triple moon pentacle, a powerful goddess symbol that provides divine protection. Thought it fitting for my first tattoo.

This is my full alter. Since taking this picture I have added a few more things that I'll show you in my next Wicca Wednesday post.

The hanging pentacle wall decor I made myself. I have my cute shelf with the triple moon pentacle symbol as well. A baphomet statue, quite a few jars with dead bugs. (Don't worry bugs were already dead when found) There's a ouija board mint tin that my mom gave me for Christmas. Above is a moon shelf with the hamsa hand which represents happiness, luck, health, and protection. I'm a big believer in protection and having things around to protect yourself. Especially if you choose to do any kind of spells or rituals.

Lastly I wanted to show off my adorable new charm bracelet my mom bought me for my birthday in June.

It has lots of cute witchy charms.

Do you have any wiccan or spiritual items in your house?

Apartment complex

The apartments I live in with my parents used to be pretty nice. Used to have nice people in the neighborhood but that was 15+ years ago. Now there are homeless people everywhere, crackheads and drug dealers. Theres a couple homeless crackheads that have been breaking into the shop that used to have supplies for maintenance. It's just an empty room now. Behind the shop is the laundry room and to the side of the shop is an apartment which is currently vacant. Well yesterday I'm out talking with my dad and his friend and see the door to the shop is busted in. (Not the first time) I also see the crackhead couple has made a huge hole in the wall leading into the laundry room. I imagine to steal money out of the washers and dryers. Well not only that, theres another hole they started (which has now gotten bigger since yesterday) that's leading into the vacant apartment. The blinds in the apartment had been open but now they're closed so we know they got in. The managment needs to fix this issue and start putting some kind of security on the property. It's getting ridiculous.
